Crestec Suzhou: Building a sound material-cycle society by operating a company farm

Crestec Suzhou has achieved eco-friendly circular agriculture on its own company farm, where pesticide-free organic vegetables are provided to the employee cafeteria, and food scraps and leftovers are repurposed as compost. In addition, through actions such as collaborating with nearby companies to hold harvesting experiences for families and creating partnerships with local farmers for land development and crop cultivation, they are activating the local community and growing a sustainable network that brings companies and residents together.

Agricultural support focused on the future of local communities

Guided by the concept of “supporting sustainable agriculture and primary industries while creating the future,” we engage in Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) to cultivate an environment where both producers and consumers can live in comfort and security. With deep roots in Hamamatsu, home to Crestec’s corporate headquarters, we are actively building partnerships through meaningful corporate action, including disaster relief, donations to children’s cafeterias (Kodomo Shokudo), and employee participation in farm work.
