Employee Initiatives

Realizing a Work Environment
That Is Healthy, Lively, and Easy to Work In

We strive for a work-life balance that allows our employees to perform their best.
To this end, we promote workplace environments and facilities that support each and every employee in maintaining a healthy and active mind and body.

Employee Health and Safety Management System

By cultivating an environment in which diverse talent can thrive, we support the fulfilling journey of every single employee.

Work Safety Sanitation Management

We have set up an Occupational Safety and Sanitation Subcommittee (Sanitation Panel and 5S Panel) based on our risk management policy. By establishing management methods for our environmental sanitation activities, we promote employee well-being and strive to create a safe, supportive workplace environment.

Improving Employee Well-Being

In order to ensure the health of our employees, we offer medical examinations and stress checks.

Company Club Activities

We offer a club and social activity support system for supporting and encouraging a wide variety of company club activities.

Improving Employee Satisfaction

We support work-styles that place emphasis on important employee life events and personal time. Crestec has implemented a system of staggered work hours and telecommuting, and provides support for childrearing and family caretaking.
