Once you have collected the orders from the end users, you can send that information to Crestec. We will prepare the necessary quantity of the necessary manuals and ship them, carrying out the entire process smoothly. Materials used locally are procured locally in order to eliminate waste. We can procure various types of paper (100% recycled paper, high-grade stock, art paper, coated paper, and so on) as well as plastic, aluminum, and other materials. Moderately priced substitutes (equivalent materials) are also available.
For large lots, there are cost advantages with printing overseas at local prices even when the shipping costs to Japan are included. The shipping method is flexible, with transport by air or sea according to the desired deadline and costs. Because printing is carried out at factories with production and inspection equipment equivalent to that in Japan, we can provide printed materials from overseas at the same quality as those produced in Japan.
With our fabless organization (no company-owned fabrication facilities) in Japan, we are able to meet the needs of our clients. Because we do not have our own factories, we are not restricted by the capacity or production of a single factory. Crestec can print pharmaceutical product package inserts that require thin paper and complex folding. At our factory that is in charge of printing pharmaceutical product package inserts, production and management are carried out in an environment that complies with good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
We can purchase items other than printed materials from the client's specified vendor, and perform kitting (assembly) to package the items in bags for each model according to the client's specifications.
